My name is Eric Lochtefeld, a proud millennial running for Celina City Council. I was raised, live and work in our community. My interest in local government began in high school. As a Celina High School and Tri Star graduate, I am passionate about today’s youth and Celina’s future generations.
I work at the Mercer County District Library in Celina and enjoy serving the public. As a young entrepreneur, I started Lochte Technology Ltd, a small web design business, while in college. Serving as the current president of the Mercer County 4-H Advisory Committee and as a Club Advisor, I see how important it is to inspire today’s youth. That is why it worries me to see our community facing the constant trend of losing its young and newly-educated students to areas with higher population density.
I have degrees in Computer Networking and Business Administration from the University of Northwestern Ohio and currently serve on the UNOH Technology Advisory Board. With this background I hope to help bring fresh ideas and current technology to our vibrant city.
I hope you’ll consider joining my campaign.
